It is beyond doubt that perfecting the memorization of the Quran is one of the highest goals for every memorizer. For every proficient memorizer is someone who has memorized the Quran, but not everyone who has memorized it is proficient.

Perfection in memorizing the Book of Allah, the Almighty, means that the memorizer recites it with precision, without hesitation or stammering, without omitting or adding any words, but rather recites with full confidence and competence. Therefore, this program is directed to every male and female memorizer of the Book of Allah, who seeks to perfect their memorization and accuracy.
